Elms Weeping Tile is looking for a reliable, hardworking Full-Time Labourer to join our team.
If you’re someone who enjoys working outdoors, doesn’t mind getting your hands dirty, and takes pride in doing a job right, we’d like to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting with residential foundation waterproofing and weeping tile installation.
- Digging, shoveling, lifting and moving materials.
- Operating and working around construction equipment.
- Helping prepare and maintain job sites.
- Loading and unloading materials and equipment.
- Working as part of a team to complete projects safely and efficiently.
- Keeping work areas clean and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and punctual.
- Physically fit and comfortable with hard, outdoor work.
- Willing to learn and take direction.
- Works well independently and as part of a team.
- Safety-minded with a positive attitude.
- Previous construction or labour experience is an asset, but willing to train the right person.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
